Born in Montreal and moving to the U.K at just six years old, Phil
is no stranger to adaptability. Growing up in a foreign country
while maintaining regular visits to Canada, he quickly noticed a
disparity in the opportunities afforded to him on either side of
‘the pond’.

Phil Discovered Victoria B.C after spending 6 weeks there over
the summer of his 16th birthday. He knew immediately that the
West Coast was where he wanted to call home.

After completing an apprenticeship in Automotive repair, Phil
packed his bags and headed to Victoria at the age of 21. Quickly
realizing this career wasn’t for him. He made a lateral move into
a sales-based support industry for automotive (products) before
ending up working once again as a Mechanic, this time at
Victoria Shipyards where he has supported the Canadian navy
Submarine maintenance programme for 12+ years.

An avid traveler, Phil has a wide range of life experience to
draw upon when guiding clients through their real estate
journey.
